SURGERY

The equipment of our clinic allows us to perform most soft tissue surgeries in place. These include the removal of tumors, general surgery of the gastrointestinal tract and the urogenital tract, and beak correction. Due to their anatomy, surgeries within the thoracoabdominal cavity (e.g. soft tissue biopsies, removal of foreign bodies) are more complicated, than similar surgeries would be in mammals. Because of this, we aim to perform most of these with endoscopy. We perform simpler orthopedic surgeries in place, more complicated cases are referred to specialists after establishing a diagnosis.
