BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT

Elderly cats frequently have high blood pressure, either by itself or caused by other diseases like chronic kidney disease, hyperthyroidism or other illnesses. High blood pressure has a negative effect on the whole body and can have serious consequences, so diagnosing and treating it in time is essential. Soon we will be able to perform blood pressure measurement in our clinic as well, as part of our geriatric screening program.
